I'm Mary Scott, a Business & Confidence Coach helping women over 50 recognise their strengths,

draw on their wisdom and navigate change in life and business.

I know how easy it is to lose sight of yourself while meeting everyone else's expectations. My work is

about helping you reconnect with what matters to you and recognise what's possible.

With over 30 years of experience across nursing, psychotherapy, business and coaching, I bring

curiosity, warmth and directness to every conversation.

I will listen, ask questions that challenge your thinking and often see possibilities you haven't even

thought about yet. I'll be your cheer squad, but I won't shy away from an honest conversation.
